Interpretation

1. Shipping Coverage

SELATAN BESTARI SDN. BHD. currently provides shipping services only within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure that your delivery address is a valid Malaysian location.


2. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all Orders placed through our website.
There are no delivery charges, minimum spend requirements, or hidden fees — every purchase qualifies for complimentary shipping anywhere in Malaysia.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Processing excludes weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
  • Upon successful processing, you will receive an Order confirmation email, and later a shipping notification once your Order has been dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • All Orders are expected to be delivered within 7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • While we strive to meet this delivery timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as courier delays, bad weather, or peak delivery seasons.
  • In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you updated and ensure your Order arrives as quickly as possible.

5. Delivery Partners & Tracking

We work with reputable logistics and courier companies in Malaysia to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our food-related products.

  • When available, a tracking number will be emailed to you after dispatch.
  • You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your Order’s journey.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

6. Packaging and Handling

We understand the importance of preserving the freshness, quality, and presentation of our Goods, especially meal kits, dry goods, condiments, and gift sets.

  • All Orders are packed with care and in accordance with food handling standards to prevent damage, spoilage, or contamination.
  • If you receive an item that appears to be damaged, tampered with, or improperly sealed, please reach out to us immediately for resolution (see Section 9).

7. Address Accuracy

To avoid delays and failed deliveries, it is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • The shipping address provided is complete and accurate, including street name, unit number, postcode, and state.
  • A valid contact number is included in case the courier needs to reach you.
  • Any special delivery instructions are clearly stated in the checkout form.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete address details.


8. Missed Deliveries and Redelivery

  • Delivery personnel may make up to two attempts to deliver your Order.
  • If no one is available to receive the package or if the location is inaccessible, the Order may be returned to us.
  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that although initial shipping is free, repeat delivery attempts may take additional time.

9. Lost or Damaged Goods

If your Order is lost in transit or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email at selatanbestari@outlook.com.
Kindly include:

  • Your Order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos (for damaged items)

We will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution such as replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.


10. Peak Seasons & Delays

Please be advised that during festive periods, public holidays, or major promotional campaigns, delivery time may exceed the usual 7-day window due to increased demand and courier capacity.
We encourage customers to place Orders early during these times to ensure timely delivery.


11. Perishable Goods Disclaimer

While most of our Goods are dry, shelf-stable, or non-perishable, we still handle all items as carefully as possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier mishandling, but we will assist you with claims if your Goods arrive spoiled or unusable due to extended delivery times.
